Bob Hoose And His Orchestra now have 3 "Specialty" concert shows that are available for private live performances!  Perfect for Corporate Events!

"The Sands Revisited!"  -  "The Main Event II"
"Concert For The America's"

"The Sands Revisited!":  This show recreates the classic CD recording of "Sinatra at the Sands"  with The Count Basie Orchestra!  Recorded at the Sands Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas in 1966.  Frank just celebrated his 50th birthday and was STILL swingin' up a storm!!  Along with the Basie Orchestra this Sinatra concert (and recording) is understandably the top favorite for most Sinatra fans!  Bob Hoose And His Orchestra performed this show in concert numerous times to delighted audiences during the 2001 season!

Song selection:  Come Fly With Me; I've Got A Crush On You; I've Got You Under My Skin: Street Of Dreams; One For My Baby; Fly Me To The Moon; One O'Clock Jump (Inst.); You Make Me Feel So Young; All Of Me (Inst.); The September Of My Years; Get Me To The Church On Time; Luck Be a Lady; It Was A Very Good Year; Don't Worry 'Bout Me; Where Or When; Angel Eyes; My Kind of Town; My Kind of Town (Reprise)"

"The Main Event II":  Sinatra "retired" from his singing career in 1971 only to return in a BIG way in 1974!    This "Welcome Back" concert was performed at Madison Square Garden in New York City before a capacity crowd (22,000) and was also televised simultainiously around the globe!  The band who backed Frank during this momentous occasion was non-other than the legendary "Woody Herman Orchestra" (The Thundering Heard)!  An evening many will never forget and can always be quickly remembered by listening to "The Main Event" CD or watching "The Main Event" video!!  You can see this special concert "Live" one more time though, by requesting Bob Hoose And His Orchestra to perform this historic show at your next special event!!  Bob Hoose introduced this show in 2000 in North Palm Beach, Florida, backed by the current Woody Herman Orchestra directed by Frank Tiberi!  With 2-3 current Woody Herman Orchestra musicians in The Bob Hoose Orchestra (2 have been with "The Herd" for over twenty years), how can you miss??!!

Song selection:  Lady Is a Tramp; I Get a Kick Out of You; Let Me Try Again; I've Got You Under My Skin; Angel Eyes; My Kind Of Town; My Way

"Concert for the Americas":   This show was filmed at the grand opening of a beautiful outdoor amphitheatre in Rio Di Genero in South America, 1980.  This time around the backup band was The Buddy Rich Orchestra directed by Vinny Falcone!  This is another favorite among Sinatra fans because Frank performed everyones favorites and his voice was simply superb and was a classic example of his sound during his later years - and yes, he still had the pipes!!  The band was great, the vocals wonderful and the song selection outstanding.  There is no recording available for this concert except for a video that is only available through the "Sinatra Family" website, or, you may get lucky enough to catch it on a PBS station somewhere sometime.  But guess what??!!  You're in luck, because Bob Hoose And His Orchestra debuted the recreation of this show in a concert of their own (featuring drummer Frank Derrick in "A Tribute To Buddy Rich") in NPB, Florida on March 15th, 2003!!!! - You can now ask for this show when hiring the orchestra yourself!

Song selection:  I've Got the World On a String; I Get a Kick Out of You; I've Got You Under My Skin; The House I Live In; West Side Story (Inst.) Drum feature; The Best Is Yet To Come; Send In The Clowns; Quiet Nights of Quiet Stars; Strangers In the Night; Lady Is a Tramp; New York, New York & many more!
These "Shows" may be booked seperately, or as part of an evenings entertainment.  In other words, if your event is a dinner dance / show, you can have two (2) sets of dancing and one (1) set being a shorter version of one of the above mentioned concert shows!  Basically, it's up to you!  It's YOUR evening, so we will gladly accomodate you any way that you'd like!
